P.D Constructions which was setup in the year 1995 was a humble beginning by Mr. Pankaj Desai, a professionally qualified civil engineer. After having gained the experience of working with top builders from Mumbai for a couple of years, Pankaj Desai wanted to setup his own construction company, that is when P.D. Construction was established to undertake private construction contracts.

Now the company which is more than a decade old, is one of the reputed construction firms in North Goa, having completed some of the prestigious and exotic resorts, lifestyle homes, apartments.
